PHDream6 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and phdream6 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing access to and use of all services available at phdream6.best, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, and all other gaming products offered by phdream6.

By accessing phdream6 through any device — mobile phone, tablet, desktop computer, or any other internet-connected device — and by completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of phdream6 following any notification of changes to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phdream6. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

To register and maintain an account on phdream6, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. phdream6 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during the account verification process and may be requested at any time thereafter.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access phdream6. Philippine residents using phdream6 are covered under the PAGCOR licence under which phdream6 operates.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of phdream6 or any of its affiliated companies.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on phdream6. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — is a violation of these Terms. If phdream6 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

phdream6 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. Standard KYC documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence) and a recent proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your phdream6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phdream6 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or anyone offering to bet on your behalf.

Any activity conducted through your phdream6 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access. phdream6 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

phdream6 reserves the right to temporarily lock any account where unusual activity is detected, pending verification with the account holder. This is a protective measure that we take in the interest of player security and not a punitive action.

All financial transactions on phdream6 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). phdream6 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GrabPay — Minimum deposit ₱100; instant credit

• InstaPay / PESONet Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit ₱200; processing within banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard Bank Cards — Minimum deposit ₱200; near-instant credit

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business hour for accounts that have completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically land in your mobile wallet within 5–15 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount on phdream6 is ₱50.

phdream6 does not charge processing fees on any deposit or withdrawal method. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently — phdream6 has no control over third-party charges.

phdream6 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, phdream6 will notify the account holder and provide the opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

phdream6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players using phdream6 for personal entertainment only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts — is prohibited.
• Each bonus offer on phdream6 is limited to one claim per player, per household IP address, per registered payment method, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and account closure.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement unless otherwise specified. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• phdream6 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not materially disadvantage players who have already claimed and partially completed the wagering requirement of an active bonus.
• phdream6 reserves the right to withhold any bonus or winnings derived from bonuses if there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns or deliberate exploitation of bonus mechanics.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on phdream6. These rules are in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may be communicated within the phdream6 sportsbook interface.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid when it has been confirmed by phdream6's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. No verbal or informal agreement constitutes a valid bet.
• Odds errors: phdream6 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were offered as a result of a manifest error — including pricing errors, incorrect event configurations, or technical faults. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your phdream6 wallet.
• Maximum stake limits: phdream6 applies maximum stake limits per market and per event. These limits vary by league, market type, and individual player account history. phdream6 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on any account without providing a specific reason.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet on phdream6 is ₱10. For parlay bets, the minimum total stake is ₱20.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on that event (other than markets that have already been determined) will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting: phdream6 reserves the right to suspend live in-play markets at any time during a game. Bets already confirmed and assigned a reference number before suspension will stand.
• Cash-out: Where a cash-out option is available on phdream6, the cash-out amount at the time of selection is final once the player confirms the cash-out action. Attempted cash-outs that fail to process due to connection issues will not be honoured retroactively.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdream6. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, falsified identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to fund a phdream6 account or to benefit from services offered by phdream6.
• Money laundering: Using phdream6 as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or convert funds derived from illegal activities. phdream6 complies fully with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and files Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) as required by law.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players, agents, or any third parties to exploit games, manipulate outcomes, or systematically extract value from phdream6 in ways not intended by the platform's normal operation.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the phdream6 platform, or extract data at a rate or in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider as a method of recovering funds from phdream6. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts permanently closed.
• Impersonation: Creating an account in another person's name, using another person's payment method, or claiming to be a phdream6 representative or agent.

All content on the phdream6 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of phdream6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phdream6 for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or redistributing any phdream6 content for commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on phdream6 content without express written permission.
• Using the phdream6 brand, logo, or trade name in any way that could imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from phdream6 for any purpose.

phdream6 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phdream6 makes every commercially reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, accurate odds, and timely settlement of bets, phdream6 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdream6 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime beyond phdream6's direct control, including Internet service provider failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use phdream6, even if phdream6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you during registration or KYC processes.

Where Philippine law does not permit the full exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, phdream6's liability to you shall be limited to the amount deposited to your phdream6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your phdream6 account.

• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for your active sessions on phdream6.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from gambling on phdream6 for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from phdream6. Once a self-exclusion is in place, phdream6 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account or creating new accounts.

Your continued use of phdream6 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using phdream6 and may request account closure by contacting phdream6 support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation charter, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your phdream6 account, or any bet placed on phdream6 shall first be submitted to phdream6's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
